Victoria Beckham S/S 2021 London

Feels like an exercise for vanity and the huge financial losses demonstrate that. Curating some Phoebe silhouettes and a bit of JW Anderson isn't a designer make.

Maybe Victoria should takeover Celine...
If Virgil can takeover Vuitton, I wouldn’t mind Victoria at Celine. This collection and the one before was the perfect mix of Hedi and Phoebe and I think it could be more successful than whatever Hedi is trying to do.

It’s good but it’s so obvious! Even the way it’s shot, the models...

It’s interesting, I wear Phoebe’s Celine but I would never buy VB...Not because it’s not good but because there’s a real lack of identity and authenticity IMO. And this is I think the problem and the reason why she hasn’t made profits since she started. And in all fairness, a good pair of pants or a great jacket are just great but people don’t relate only on the product.

I wish Victoria designs the clothes she would wear instead of trying to fit in...Even after having being aknowledged in the industry.

Very lousy and derivative, like most of her "work" (not that she actually works).

Her last show was a ray of hope but this one...no surprise she can't turn a profit, you can go to Bottega or Loewe for exactly the same stuff.

Lookbooks work better for the Victoria Beckham brand because let's be honest, these clothes shouldn't be on a runway. I really like the proposition of that last look for what it's worth.
