I am seeing it so much more. I really hated the idea at first. Wearing an ankle boot with shorts or a skirt, I felt, would make the leg look shorter than it is. But seeing it more and more often, I notice how cute it is!

Nice boots - i'd put those with either navy or plum halter dress. Obviously, being a very busy print, there's just enough of either colour for it to coordinate with the rest of the outfit.

Then maybe do something cheeky with a clutch just to finish it.

I know it's obvious, but it's classic and timeless: slim cut jeans.

I am assuming you are using American sizes. Well, a way to start is to think of what your favorite style of ankle boots are. Do you fancy some rugged boots that are unisex (like combat boots or Chelsea boots)? Do you prefer block heel, kitten heel, or wedge heel ankle boots? Do you prefer cut out ankle boots? Do you prefer closed toes or peep-toes or open-toes? It all depends on how you plan on styling them and whatever style ankle boots you want to go with. As far as specific models, go, I can't help you on that front. That's something you'll have to consider as you seek certain pairs of ankle boots to style your outfits. You can probably find whatever style ankle boots you are into by visiting different retailers. Hope you can find a pair of multiple pairs of ankle boots to wear!

By the way, since you said you are a male wanting to wear women's boots (ankle boots in this case), you'll have to size up or size down based on your men's foot size. I usually hear the rule of thumb is two sizes up or down from your male size to equate your female foot size. I forget which to do- size up or size down.
