When I saw the runway for this- I thought it was fugly-

but now that I'm seeing a lot of the individual peices- there is a lot of really wearable stuff--- and I really love it!

never heard of their sample sales, but at the end of the season, the discount is 70%, which is good enough I think.

I forgot how much I love this collection. For some reason I just remembered it and went to marcjacobs.com and watched the video. It's so interesting, because there is a really heroic quality to the show, the clothes, the set, the music, but I can't put my finger on why the girls looks so heroic. I think the music played a large role in setting the tone of heroism, but it's so intangible and really, very moving and touching. And the shoes and the hats are so amazing, I love the Mongolian influence in the accessories. And I really like the grungy mix of plaids, knits, animal prints and metallic tulle. This is Marc's best collection in my opinion.

Yeah it is a masterpiece. Marc at the height of his powers. I think this will go down as his greatest collection of his entire career. It's perfection.
