Oh... I thought he was the creator and founder of American Apparel. If he isnt then why has he not been fired since he is giving the business a bad reputation.

^^ The business does not have a bad reputation, it's the CEO, and in the end it's all about dollars. I'm not defending this a*hole but his freaky a** made AA what it is. And to people in business, the bottom line is what matters, no matter what it takes.

And so, why would they change it? So far, only one person has come forward publicly for his behavior, and if anything, will add to the cache because as we all know controversy/sex drives the dollars...
