Saoirse is way too young to be on this cover, or any Vanity Fair cover at all. She's like, what, 12? Though I do think she's going to be big, she is in an upcoming movie with Tim Robbins and Bill Murray based on a popular kid's book...

I have to say that cover was a "full on Monet!" It looked great far away but up close it looks a little, well, boring.

This is supposed to be actresses who can match the talents of Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts, not some girl who splashes her face everywhere in the tabloids and tries so hard to be the next "it" girl

But Blake is not a girl who is all over tabloids and to me she is not trying hard to be the next it girl. Jessica Biel, however, is that girl in spades.

I think Vanity Fair should do an heiress cover and put girls like Charlotte Casiraghi, Eugenie Niarchos, Amanda Hearst, Tatiana Santo, Dasha, etc... on the cover....

the black girl is amazingly hot and is in the second part of the cover....
ugly betty is on far far right and is so badly dressed up!!! and this pose is not really flattering....

this young girl in the middle looks bored to death!!!!! same for Jessica Biel(?) and Anna something (?)....

to conclude : who the hell choose this photos????
the concept was good, the styling was not so bad...and i'm sure Leibovitz can do much better....
i liked the 50s WASP idea... and some girls looook fabulous (the ones in swimsuit in particulary)....
but this ends like DISASTER!!!! and this is sad....
someone forgot to put his glasses on nose....
