It's that time of the year

Wednesday 30th August, the National Final for Elite Model Look Czech Republic and Slovakia was held in the Spanish Hall of Prague Castle. The contest, which attracted thousands of applicants, saw 5 Winners named: Aneta Matúšková and Filip Kocábek for the Czech Republic, Zuzana Kistyová and Ivo Korčák for Slovakia and Nikity Podovaylenka for Ukraine.

At the Final, the 14 Finalists took part in a catwalk show. Two Winners were selected; Emilia Sampaio and Emanuel Matias were chosen to represent Angola at the 40th Elite Model Look World Final.

The Elite Model Look Mozambique 2023 Final took place last week in the capital city of Maputo. The event was hosted at the Melia Maputo Sky hotel where a select group of guests saw the 16 Finalists take to the catwalk wearing beautiful designs by Taibo Bacar.

Just one week prior the Finalists were selected at castings in Beira and Maputo and then jumped straight into the bootcamp where they perfected their walk and did their first photoshoots. Their hard work and determination throughout this intensive week ensured that the Final event was a great success. Micklate and Marlon were chosen as the Winners and will represent Mozambique at the 40th EML World Final. Check out the highlights below.

The 2 Winners have been named as Selma Jellouli and Jules Leroux.

17-year-old Selma was discovered in Paris. She is currently in her final year of high school study. Jules is 18 years old, and he works in a bakery. He was scouted at the casting event in Lyon.

Diana and Saba will represent their country at the Elite Model Look World Final, which will be held in early 2024.

Phebe Ruysink will go on to represent the Netherlands at the Elite Model Look World Final 2023 to win a top model contract with Elite Model Management worldwide.

During the evening, the 2 Winners were named: Enkhjin Erdenebaatar and Yondonperenlei Baasanjav. They will take part as representing Mongolia at the Elite Model Look World Final 2023.

Elite Model Look Switzerland 2023

Anabel Barnekow and Omar El Dada competed against 17 Finalists in total - 10 women and 7 men - to win their spots to represent Switzerland at the Elite Model Look World Final.

Elite Model Look Cape Verde 2023

Steve De Lima, 22 years old from São Vicente Island and Alana Pina, 18 years old from Santiago Island, were chosen from amongst 125 candidates.

Janine Suarez and Ernesto Magaña were the Winners of Elite Model Look Mexico 2023. Both are Mexicans and will continue to work on their development with agents from Queta Rojas in preparation for the Elite Model Look World Final 2023.

Even though the post says over a thousand people applied, both of them were working with Elite Chile for a while. There was no open casting or anything. Same as previous years, they were handpicked by the agency.

Delfina is 5'10" 1/2 (179cm)
León is 6'1" 1/2 (187cm). He is also signed with Saint Model Management in Australia.

Ah, didn't know Sandy was now working for EML, that's quite a very nice career turn for her! Remember the days she was a model herself, in Germany.
