I thought it was Bar Rafaeli, she looks just like her. It's ok-ish, nothing mind blowing though.

I've been majorly underwhelmed by the relaunch of Harper's Bazaar Australia from the get-go and while this cover is by no means groundbreaking, I do like how monochromatic it is and how clean and direct Jillian Davison's styling is.
