in general i must say i can't find continuity in his work, maybe it's just me...
some pictures i find awesome, others mediocre, nothing i hate:P
but i really love the look and aesthetics he has portrayed for the yohji yamamoto advertisements, so i'm posting all these as a start ....

opinions?

:heart::heart:naples

i  max's work...

i find it diffficult to find his work on the internet though...

softgrey, i found this wonderful source: www.art-dept.com
i wanted to make this thread for a while and couldn't find anything either but this site is just :woot:
now i can also finally start a liselotte watkins thread in illustration^_^

the consistency in his work and his 'style'...
is the MOVEMENT...and 'energy' that his images have...

he went through a low period for a bit...but then went back to his signature movement and that is when i love him....

i major influence and inspiration to me...

he is married to an amazing italian stylist named nicoletta santoro...
...
i used to dream of marrying a photographer some day...
i just thought it must be so great to work together and to have that intimacy as well...
seems like a dream...

maybe it's the low period where i don't recognize him then ...
i know these dreams but at times i'm quite happy though that my boyfriend's a musician not a painter, collaboration can be beautiful but also exhausting when it gets dry or competitive.
maybe you'll meet that photographer:heart:

nah...i've realize all photographers are crazy ...
either completely insecure or egomaniacal...
or BOTH......

my last boyfriend was both...
i know what you mean about 'competetive'...:ermm:

:ninja:...

 How very, very true. I am fast getting tired of photographers *sigh* if only I didn't need them :P :D

I knew the name, Max Vadukul, but couldn't have matched it to the photos. Thanks for the thread! :flower:

I was still gathering pics for a thread, someone else always takes that chance away

The borders from the Yamamoto pictures are cool, I wish I had a camera like his.

Lovely sepia effects, the 2nd one has something sinister to it.

the wall in the background, it's like a cameleon! the composition in the pic where the model sits with her legs wide apart is really well pulled together. I wish there was a larger pic of it.

It's poetry in motion:

You're champs, anna and perlefine - I'm always on the lookout for his photos but I can never find many, so thanks a million for posting.
