Actually, if I'm not mistaken, the first two pics from Madrid are actually from San Sebastian, and were origianlly taken from fashionologie.com (the girl who writes on that site stalked that girl herself :blink: )... anyway, here's the link below:

Yes, I was just there a few weeks ago! I agree, Spanish people have great style overall - even if they just shop at H&M and Zara, they manage to put together cool, creative outfits. A Lot of people are very influenced by the boho trend right now... I saw those long tiered skirts EVERYWHERE. I wish I had taken pictures but my camera broke down on the 3rd day :doh:

I was in Santander, Spain to study and I must say that Spanish style is wonderful. Here are some of my pics while i was there . my shades in the second pic are lost ...boo.

YOU ARE THE LUCKIEST! you live in barcelona and youve met the olsen twins! i remeber seeing your pic. i love them to death!!!!! ive been to barcelona and it's gorgeous out there.

by the way, my friends all think im ******** for obssessing over spain all the time. jeje :smile: :lol: i talk about it 24/7...well, not really.

Madrid Street Style

Hey everyone,
I'm studying abroad in Madrid next semester which I'm really excited about but I obviously can not pack that much so I was wondering if anyone from Madrid or who goes there a lot could tell me what people wear? I mean I live in NYC so it's not like I'm coming from a small town or anything but, and not to sound stupid but I just want to see if people wear the same kind of stuff there? Or is there anything I should avoid bringing/wearing as to not appear as an obvious outsider? Just like here in new york I can lots of times pick out the tourists because of what they're wearing I was wondering what tourist wear in Madrid so I can make sure not to do that!

Just be yourself, I live in madrid I could give you that information, but I think that changing your personal way to dress It is not a good business. Anyway if you wear an "I'm with a band" look It's a perfect camouflage in college.

Well, I think you don't look strange in madrid...but you can chek out this sites, "neo2" is a trend fashion magazine make in madrid, and "lecool" is a online magazine about madrid's culture (concerts, restaurants, art.....)
Maybe are interesting for know about madrid young people...
