Unique dress finds around Seattle

so homecoming is in a little more then a week, but I dont want to shop for a dress at like Macys or Nordstrom because the dresses are so plain and boring. They all look the same and everyone will shop there.

Does anyone know of any places I could go to get dresses under $100 around the Seattle/Everett area?
