This cover is so bruised and battered, I didn't bother to do anything to salvage it's former grandeur...coiffeur is by Ara Gallant.

It's Karen Graham by Richard Avedon. Inside is her best ed ever IMO, together with Lauren Hutton, and on a few shots Ara Gallant.
