What type of boot is this?

Hi, I'm new

I'm most impressed by the ability of people on this board to answer the most obscure questions, so I'm hoping you can help me.

In the movie Lemony Snicketts, the older girl is wearing boots that are sort of gothic, sort of victorian but at the same time modern. Here's a link.

welcome! the boots are hard to see --- small pic and the skirt is obscuring the boots.. maybe a better picture elsewhere? I'll try to find another pic
