Where Can I Learn the Inside Details of a Couture Garment?

Basically as the titles says, I'm looking for blogs, instagram accounts, or websites that show us how a couture garment is constructed on the inside. Like the details, inside seams, and the tailoring. Book suggestions are more than welcome. Something similar to Couture Sewing Techniques by Shaeffer. Sorry if I created this in the wrong place.

@ShrimptonCouture on instagram sometimes shows the inside of a couture garment and the techniques and finishing.. other account is @henryjjwilkinson on instagram, he collects vintage couture and did a whole restoration of a vintage Givenchy couture dress

If you can get hold of some vintage sewing guides like the Katinka ones (Katinka School of Dress Design, sort of a predecessor to CSM), that might be helpful too.
