The styling and the whole composition of the B&W picture is terrible. Too many little things everywhere. The earrings, the hair on the face, the bracelet, the shoes, the boxes, the headlines all over the cover... So cheap! And it's not Gigi's fault. Just that the art direction was AWFUL!

The other cover is off too. She doesn't look good and it doesn't have the expensive aura VP used to have. It's not bold! It's something a C-list edition would do. Vogue España, Vogue Brasil...

I hear you, same for Isabelle. Magazines try so hard to be daring and deliver "iconic" but for some reason it still takes a nearly impossible level of guts to put women with a huge trajectory, impact on fashion and beauty standards and that have also been through life just like any other person (Francoise currently battling cancer). Of course it's all about selling and what's trendy but I still think it's possible to be appealing and creative with cover stars that have more dimensions aside from just youth.

Anyway, Gigi's body looks great.. I don't really care for the other one but it is as 80s as she looks and I mean it in a good way.

That is ridiculous... at least they chose a garment that looks somewhat appropriate for spring.

The first cover is a winner, the second is just unneeded.

Absolutely gorgeous covers, the best from Vogue Paris in a long time.

It's a shame because are so fixed on hating Gigi and how shes 'undeserving' of the cover that they will try and slate something that is perfectly good.

The alternative nude shot GlamVal posted is the one for me: She's simply smouldering.

Say what you will about Gigi, but she's such a classic bombshell beauty, and with so much warmth and energy-- and life in her eyes, it's infectious.

Ok I came here to hate but both covers pretty much rock. Even when on one of them she looks like a p*rnstar fresh from rehab in faux Chanel.
Anyway the photography looks like M&M decided to show some other photogs that they can beat them at their own game. I am personally extremely bored with their omnipresence but they sure havent lost their marbles. Well done.
