when talking about jw man, only few people are ever mentioning his other line, the cdg homme line, which he is designing since 2003 or 2004, i think (or please tell me, if i am wrong)

Comme Des Garons Homme is definitely being designed by Junya Watanabe, as well as a few other collections besides the MAN collection.

The Homme line is incredibly boring, i/m/o.

It simply looks like clothing from Old Navy/Gap.....with a better fit and better proportions.

homme used to be a line by keiichi tanaka. but after he left CdG about ten years ago, rei and junya had been doing it together for a while. and now it's under junya's charge.

Runner - John has just bought the Curry Rice sweater all these years later from Japan. He is buying loads of vintage CDG just now (reliving his youth when he couldn't afford it). I hope you are keeping well. We just had covid. John was quite unwell. He says hello and sends his kind regards. I still have the tabs socks you sent me. warm wishes from Scotland my old chum.
