Ultimate Bridal Magazine Needs PR & Editorial Interns

Popular bridal blog and forthcoming bridal print magazine is looking for a couple of good interns. -Interview vendors and wedding industry professionals

PR & Social Media Intern
-Seeking out new bridal brands
-Communicating directly with press offices and pr firms

-Assisting in growing and running our facebook, twitter and youtube accounts

We require that all interns have knowledge and interest in fashion, strong communication skills, impeccable taste, and an ability to make deadlines. Must stay up to date with bridal trends and the bridal blog scene. Moderate knowledge of wordpress or other blogging platforms is preferred, as well as basic photo editing skills.

School credit is strongly preferred, although not required. All interns who assist with the print issue will receive credit in the masthead as well as bylines.

This is a remote internship, unless you live in the Central, CA area. Contact kim [AT] ultimatebridalmag [DOT] com with relevant samples of your work, your resume pasted in the body of the email (no cover letters please), and a bit of info about you and why you would be perfect for this position.

T: The New York Times Magazine Fall Interns

T Magazine is looking for interns to assist during the fall term, starting immediately and through December. You must be able to receive school credit.

Interns will report to the fashion department (both men’s and women’s) and respond to a wide range of tasks and expectations from the editors. While there is a standard amount of administrative work involved (managing the closet, creating boards for photo shoots, making copies and scans, etc.), this internship is very hands-on and can be adapted to be more creatively involved (assisting on set, contributing to The Moment, etc), depending on your dedication and qualifications.

While an interest in fashion is to be expected, our ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. Previous experience in fashion is preferred but liberal arts backgrounds are welcomed as well.
