Looking for a certain type of shirt...

I am becoming absolutely restless looking for a shirt! I'm looking for a t-shirt sweater...you know with the sweater like waist and wrist bands...only with a wider neck than like a crew sweater...in a thick material. Does anyone know where I can find something like this...for under $40?

Yeah, only in more of the sweater material like a...umm...like a hanes sweatsshirt would be made out of, in fact, even long sleeve would be good...and not a hanes one...you know what i mean.
