Michael Avedon (born January 16, 1991) is an American photographer living in New York City. Avedon began experimenting with photography in 2006, and in 2012 was named in Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 list of up-and-coming artists. Avedon's commercial work consists primarily of fashion photography, including work for Harper's Bazaar, CR Fashion Book and Dazed & Confused. His personal work is predominantly portrait photography - including an ongoing series of portraits of artists in their studios. In the spring of 2013 he graduated from the International Center of Photography. He is the grandson of Richard Avedon on his father's side, and Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan on his mother's side.

I give him credit for attending photography courses. Definitely not impressed with this first editorial though, but we'll see...

Born in 1991, publishing as a photographer in HB UK ... W O W!

Oh ... Hold on ... Grandson of Richard Avedon and a very important US democrat politician (so famous, I even know his name ...) ... oh ... ok.

Then I understand why he is not an assistant anymore at the age of 23yrs ... and can shoot/publish with the HB new Queen-in-chief, and big-deal make-up artist Topolino ...

Oh wait ... Graduated from ICP School ? At 22yrs old ? Good ... But did he graduate as in he is a post graduate student ? or he just took the 1 year course ? a semester class ?

Eternal question: would the son of Mozart have been as good as Mozart ? .....

This editorial is a mess anyway ... But right now, he doesn't interest me at all ...
