Oh gosh! I love the monkstrap shoes that stylites posted. I want a pair!

Hmmm, I spent the entirety of last summer in Shanghai working at an ibank.
This is the only street style shot I took:

But this was in Beijing in the Forbidden City.

Also, while there, I was invited to a fashion show at this awesome bar called Bar Rouge. So I took some photos, as it seemed quite reflective of Shanghai's aesthetic:

I was in looooove with the blue fur jacket. Unfortunately, I didn't see too many people donning this kind of fur wrap, as it was hot and summery---and not to mention utterly sticky---when I was there.
