Dries van Noten

So this is 'old', but I thought I'd share pics here:

Is it better to shop their clothes online or in stores? What I want to ask are prices different?

Does anyone have a shot of this coat off the runway?

hit and miss this season but managed to find these.

on another note, i was slightly disappointed by springs line-up when i stopped in and saw quite a bit of it at barneys. anyone else?
although the cityscape pieces were very eye-catching.

i found a couple of images of the exhibit on novembre online magazine:

from aloha rag. these are just beautiful. i mean really... just simply perfect.
i think the ruffles are what threw me off with much of what barneys had, just a bit prissy for my taste vs. the bohemian essence of these tops.

lucky,
your purchases are amazing!
and that white tee above?... beyond words... must have!

hi aby, did you visit the paris store for fall, i imagine it was filled with beautiful things? are the racks still sorted by color? i was thinking that he might display some of the paintings by James Reeve "Lightscapes" for spring.

No no. I stay far away from temptations! I did check the Bon Marché corner and that was it. But with sales going on I might drop by just for a glimpse you know!

not sure if anyone has seen spring prints yet, so here's a taste from a shop in seattle called jackstraw. so far, he is the only one i have seen buy this particular dress, its a stunner. i thought the lightness of the landscape dress seemed so summery, i had to post it too.

^ isnt it? I didnt purchase them just wearing my heart on my sleeve.

^Oh I love both dresses. I actually think I like the dark, green 'light' one the most (and that's saying something as I've been crazy about the white landscape print for awhile).

I'm considering getting these old sneaker hybrids, (have been for quite some time) but I'm not sure about the size. In general I'm in between sizes, and the available pair is the smaller size. Anyone's got any experience?

tinetush, i hate to say it, but go true or larger if possible. they ran narrow.

^Bummer. That's what I thought.
So half a size up would probably fit? I'll keep looking for a pair in that size then.
But thanks for the feedback :flower:
