Somehow through Moda it doesn't look like his work at all. I was already struggling with the fact he shot the VF cover/story. Thought it was Newton at first.

Somehow through Moda it doesn't look like his work at all. I was already struggling with the fact he shot the VF cover/story. Thought it was Newton at first.

Agreed! His work really felt out of place at Vanity Fair to me, with Daryl's story being the most lacking in recognisable Meisel elements that we know and love. His other stories work far better because they're much more vogue, which makes more sense in the context of his work.
