Anderson´s copy looks like a deflated big baloon fell over the poor model!

I actually like that he interpreted the dress in to a parka it just gives it so much more wearability and plus I’m sure it’s styled better opens than. Closed.

^Yes, they're robe de style type dresses, pioneered by Jeanne Lanvin in the 1920s and a popular option for eveningwear throughout the decade.

I actually like that he brought back the silhouette but they ended up a bit too costume-y, it will be nice to see them in editorials though.
 
I think those silhouettes are from Balenciaga's famous baby doll dress. Those lanvin ones would be blatant copies without the bows
 
I find the Lanvin dresses completely outdated and disproportionate. The bottom just hangs there without any structure. The top piece is a frumpy afterthought. This guy is clueless. His clothes look old. No woman has dressed like this in over half a century. All they’re missing is a cigarette and a bouffant.
