that pic is by Mario Sorrenti and I think its for Natalia's cause, "Naked heart fund". If I stay corrected, those are bespoke (made to order) to several fashion houses to be auctioned at some event in a couple of months at Valentino Garavani's french house.

It does look McQueen but who knows
