i'm going to miss the windsor button store as well, that's where i bought the silk for creating new linings in my jackets as well as button matches (i never found perfect matches...but the store was useful nevertheless.
i also remember shopping at the original windsor in framingham at the old shoppers world with my family in the 80's...

i am actuallt glad there isnt a big "streetstyle" scene in boston.B) too much peacocking for the likes of me.

Yeah, when I worked down the street from there, I used to love going in there on my lunch break, just to look around..it certainly made my miserable little temp job that much more enjoyable (that, and Chacarero's).
