W Magazine January 2011 : Emma Stone and Garrett Hedlund by Inez and Vinoodh

This is their best issue since October and I cannot wait to get it.

i agree, october is also the one i bought under tonchi, it had that great Karlie/Walker editorial.
this issue is also great,Lara looks amazing :woot:and also spring awakening looks great, it has the perfect content for a january issue, maybe more, i love Garrett's cover.
thank you for the scans :flower:

Lara's ed is stunning. It kind of gives me this Gone With The Wind feeling without all the crinolines and stuff. Don't even know why.

And Haider, he looks so handsome in his own designs. Though his glasses are in a need of replacement.

Major Tom is really underwhelming. The more I see of that collection the uglier it gets (yeah, I said it).

This cover is A MUST. A MUST. Joseph Altuzarra, Tom Ford, the Covers, the editorials gah!

Lara looks freakin amazing and makes the clothes that much better:heart:, Spring Awakening looks promising too, Lindseys shot is lovely:flower:

Lara nailed her ed! Absolutely flawless!!! Thanks for posting, Hector!

Lara looks like a corpse of a prostitute lost in US suburbs (and this hairdo, omg  is it a nest or something?), sorry but these clothes arent made for her, and they`re not making her look good, especially that first outfit (i actually cant picture myself anyone who looks ok in this) i personally think, what all tom ford`s clothes are made for another type of figure, not lara`s

I know. I find her editorial really ugly.

'Spring Awakening' is beautiful however, typical Olivier & Willy but nice to see at the start of the season.

and I will throw in circa 1997. My backstory is that she is one of Charlie Sheen's "escorts" from back when he was doing films and she still wears stuff that he bought her to attend his film premieres.

I actually like Major Tom and I like Lara in the ed, but I have eclectic taste that ranges from Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent (the original), Givenchy (the original) and Valentino to Zac Posen and John Galliano to Nolan Miller and Bob Mackie. I am coming to the realization that my affection for Tom Ford's collection is its appeal to my Nolan Miller and Bob Mackie taste buds.

^I don´t like the styling, Chloe and Abigail look like girls in their first communion...

Little girls in W. More suited for Seventeen magazine.

it's very evocative of rineke dijkstra's style. she's an amazing fine art photographer - her work hangs in museums and is an extremely collectible photographer.

Rineke Dijkstra makes these girls look very special in a subtle way. I enjoy photographers that challenge me to see things differently & I'm happy to see her work in W.

W just keeps getting better & better. Tonchi is doing an amazing job.

I love that shot of Georgie Henley.

I dare you to say that to Rod Stewart, whose entirely heterosexual animal-print attire has been scalding eyeballs since 1973. He's been through more models than you'd see in a decade's worth of September Italian Vogues. And I do believe this is pink leopard print he's wearing...

:lol::lol::lol:

Well, this is my favorite post of the year XD. Also, I adore every single picture that has been posted from the issue so far. Awesome!
