The Simpsons has always been one of my favorite shows and I was so excited when I heard that the movie was coming out. :buzz:

I had a chance to see it the other night and wanted to know what others thought.

My favorite moments:
-Maggie getting annoyed at everyone when she was pointing to the sandbox
-Ralph :stuart: :buzz:
-Spiderpig
-Lisa and her crush ^_^

Omg I want to see this sooo bad!

Thanks for making the thread

My fave moments ...

the brief second with Mr Burns ... Barts fleshy -or shud I say, flashy?- moment ... spiderpig was Ok but I laughed harder in his other costume ... oh ... and I crien on that moment of Marge and Homie ...

Oh no worries. I'll definitely see it soon! It was created the year I was born (1988) so naturally, I grew up with it. Probably why I turned out so psycho.

^ That Ralph line was so classic! The entire theater went crazy.

Another funny Ralph moment was when everyone was trying to find a way to break the down and he was using the bubbles.

"Take that dome!...No, go back, go back"

oh and when the whole town was coming after Homer and he was making all the excuses and he said "I don't want them to hurt dad" and you hear Grandpa Simpson yell "I'm in the crowd"

One of the most quotable movies I've seen in a long time.

I haven't seen the movie yet and don't know if I will, but here's a review courtesy of TIME Magazine and my scanner.

Scanned by me

Bart: This is the worst day of my life!
Homer: Worst day of your life.. so far.

I loooooooove Lisa's laughter when she meets the Irish guy, so cute!

I loved it  Because it was just like an episode - aside from the animation, everything else was the same.

I can't get the Spiderpig song out of my head

I just found the whole movie in the internet (by accident of course:innocent: ) and I'm watching it a second time now

I love Ralph, he's such a cutie!.
+ his 20th century fox "da da da da" at the start.!

Homer + the chainsaw, anyone?.

Ned: The Good Lord is telling me to confess to something.
Homer: gay gay gay gay gay gay gay.

(this part was during the credits)

Mr. Burns discovers his mansion was looted:
"Smithers, I don't believe in suicide, but it might cheer me up if you try!"

Clap for Alaska :judge:

Oh, and Boob Lady  Hilarious!

I found it to be entertaining for sure. All the kids in the theater were singing the Spider Pig song. My sister didn't like it because she did not like the way Homer's character was acting in the movie. I was like, "Chick, chill out. It's a freaking cartoon!" Anyway, there were lots of funny parts, including Bart's nude scene and Lisa's cute Irish boyfriend.

haha! The film is so funny!

Homer-Did I save the day?
Bart-Actually, you've doomed us all!

Santa's Little Helper-I did things no dog should. They will haunt me forever.
___
"I'm a wienner?"

I loved it!!

Errr, it was okay. The shows are just so much better.

"Steady, steady, steady, steady......" (That was a funny scene, the first one.)
